After watching “Toy Story” when you were 5, did you ever wish your toys could come to life - or wonder if they did when you left the room? This little clip takes this idea to the bookstore as books flip their own pages, march in formation and dance down the shelves to enchanting music. Sean Ohlenkamp, his wife and a group of volunteers stacked and re-shelved all the books at Type bookstore in Toronto until the animation was just right. Detail was key in their creation, so keep a close eye and ake in their fascinating work.
If you’re a firm believer that “there’s nothing quite like a real book,” then this is for you. =)
